課程目標 |
This course introduces the student to th eengineering mechanics in static systems . This course involves the use of vector algebra, including resolution of forces and moments in two- and three-dimensions. Students will apply concepts of static equilibrium to components and assemblies. Free body diagrams will be used extensively to evaluate and solve most mechanics problems. Friction, frames, trusses, and centroids will also be analyzed. |
